Good-Bye, Again

If there's one thing we're really good at, it's saying good-bye to friends.  We've realized over the past couple of years that we are saying good-bye more often than not.  And I'm actually not that good at it because I still get rather emotional and sad.

We had the joy of getting reacquainted with a college friend and her new hubby in the last two years.  It was fun because John and I both knew her but did not know each other at the time.  I think that was funny to her too as she hung out with us.  When they moved out here (to the LA area) they were fairly newly married, then she got pregnant with her first baby, and we watched that baby come to fruition.  

They are now moving back to the East Coast, so they came down Easter weekend to say good bye and return some borrowed baby items.  We had a great time with them, with deep conversation and a lot of laughs.  

Chase had fun with their sweet little "E".  I loved E's smiles.  So toothy and happy!
